CEO & Chief Project Director
Mr. Daniel is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Project Director of Geld Constructions Company. He founded the firm in 1998 with a mission to better serve his clients and the construction industry as a whole through the endorsement and implementation of an integrated design-build construction delivery approach. In his career, Mr. Daniel has held ultimate responsibility and accountability for the successful completion of more than $3 billion in contract awards. From the outset, he concentrated the efforts of the organization toward design-build markets, and in the process established Geld Constructions Company as one of the earliest firms to be recognized as a true design-builder and a current respected leader in those markets.
Ms Darlene's involvement in the construction industry spans over 42 years in a variety of management and executive roles. As former president of Global Construction Company, Ms Darlene's responsibilities include business development, management and administration of all commercial projects. She previously served as Contract Negotiator since its inception in 1994 and was President of its preceding company, Oriental construction Company, since 1987. In her career, Ms Darlene has held ultimate responsibility and accountability for the successful completion of more than $2 billion in contract awards.
As Vice President of Human Resources and Professional Development, Shannon leads the head office HR/PD teams in executing existing programs and developing new initiatives. Shannon joined Geld in 2016 and is responsible for providing strategic direction in the areas of talent recruiting and retention, employee relations, diversity, compliance, employee benefits, and compensation. With nearly 20 years of experience in HR, Shannon is an expert in developing and implementing strategic regional and global HR initiatives, focusing on influencing key stakeholders across multiple business lines. She graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor of science degree in psychology and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
As a partner and contractor, John is responsible for managing aspects of Geld’s outsourcing contracts. John’s experience and understanding of all aspect’s of the construction business allows him to be a valuable resource to all departments within the organization. With over 30 years of experience at Geld and 38 years in the construction sector, John is able to bring a unique understanding of the construction business. John’s strength is combining his in-depth history with Geld along with his background to assist other Geld team members solve complicated business problems.
